Bulgaristan-Türkiye Sınır Ötesi İşbirliği Ortak Küçük Projeler Fonu

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti adına Merkezi Finans ve İhale Birimi, AB' nin Türkiye için 2004 Katılım Öncesi Mali Yardım Programı kapsamında desteklenecek, Türkiye'de Edirne ve Kırklareli, Bulgaristan'da ise Haskovo, Yambol ve Burgas sınır bölgelerinde küçük ölçekli, “kişiden kişiye”, sınır ötesi niteliğe sahip yerel gelişme faaliyetlerini geliştirmek ve ortak projelerin tanımlanması ve uygulanmasında yerel ve bölgesel idarelerin ve diğer Sivil Toplum Kuruluşlarının kapasitelerini arttırmak amacıyla Teklif Çağrısında bulunmaktadır.
Ortak Küçük Projeler Fonu kapsamına giren faaliyetler, sınır bölgesinde ortak projelerin geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması amacıyla sınır bölgesindeki yerel kamu idareleri ile demokratik toplumun diğer unsurlarının (ticaret, sanayi ve ziraat odaları, ticaret birlikleri, sendikalar, sivil toplum kuruluşları, okul ve üniversiteler, vb.) yeteneklerinin arttırılmasını sağlamak, sınır bölgesinde yaşanan kalkınma sorunlarının üstesinden gelmek ve gelişmişlik farklılıklarını azaltarak sosyal ve ekonomik bütünleşmeyi desteklemektir.

Başvuru Rehberinin Türkçe versiyonu yayınlanmakla birlikte, herhangi bir ihtilaf olması halinde İngilizce versiyonun hükümleri geçerli olacaktır. Joint Small Projects Fund for Cross-Border Cooperation Bulgaria-Turkey

The Central Finance and Contracts Unit on behalf of the Republic of Turkey is seeking proposals for the development of small scale, “people-to-people” and “soft” local development activities of a cross-border nature and the enhancement of the capability of local and regional authorities and other NGOs to develop and implement joint projects within the border regions Haskovo, Yambol and Burgas in Bulgaria and Edirne and Kırklareli in Turkey with financial assistance from the National Pre-Accession Financial Assistance Programme for Turkey 2004 programme of the European Communities.
Activities eligible under the JSPF involve the enhancement of the capability of local and regional authorities and other components of the democratic society (chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture, trade associations, trade unions, NGOs, schools and universities, etc.) to develop and implement joint projects within the border region, to overcome specific development problems of the border region and to remove existing disparities within the cross-border region, and in this way, to promote economic and social cohesion.
